Refund policy

Items can be returned within a 7 day period after purchasing/receiving the item for an exchange or store credit.  If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached . It must also be in the original packaging. The item will need to be faulty or damaged to be eligible for a return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be returned within the 7 days after purchasing/receiving. In the event that an item is out of stock for an exchange, a store credit will be given.

All sale items and downloadable software products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us first to create a return request then we will send you the information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to us without creating a claim. You have to return it with a claim number otherwise you will not have any refund or exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, final sale items do not qualify.

Sales items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with an attached photo at support@tljohnsonstories.com.
