WHERE IS MY ORDER?
How can I track my order?
Please visit our TRACK ORDER section of the site.
Tracking information is also available via the automated order confirmation which was sent to you via the email address you provided.
Beware of processing times:
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and abroad. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
No movement of tracking number?
If your tracking information shows no movement within 5 business days, please contact us at support@minimonarchs.com ASAP.
** Please be aware that due to Covid-19, there may be shipping delays within the USPS system that are out of our control.
REFUND POLICY ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS)
There are absolutely no refunds on Ebook orders under any circumstance.
When a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Since they are delivered instantly to your email, our automated software does not allow refunds on electronic products.

PACKAGED MARKED DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery, we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The return process:
- For returns, please email support@minimonarchs.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Customer Support will provide instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
SHIPPING
Shipping destinations:
- We ship books within the continental U.S.
Shipping times:
- Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 5 business days.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Shipping cost:
- Orders over $65 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $64 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you refuse any shipments from the Mini Monarchs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via:

- PayPal
Note that additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
ORDERS PLACEMENT
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".
Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods.
We will ship your package within 5 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to production and shipment as soon as they are placed.
- If you cancel your order AFTERit has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee + shipping and handling.
